This six-week experience is designed for that moment.

What This Is

A live, small-group course where you learn how to work with your cycle as a stabilizing and intelligent rhythm that is filled with information to support your healing — as opposed to something to fight, fix, or control.

Your menstrual cycle is also a monthly rehearsal and preparatory ground for navigating the initiatory shifts you will experience in perimenopause and menopause.

Each phase of the cycle trains a different capacity.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore:

• how stress, trauma, and hormonal shifts interact
• how to recognize and interpret cyclical patterns
• how to build greater nervous system range and healing ground in each cycle phase
• the importance of pacing
• how to shift from override to alignment — gradually and realistically — and reduce the accumulated strain of pushing through
