Work With Me

Support for women navigating symptoms, transitions, and transformative experiences through a body-led approach to healing, integration, and growth.

There are moments in life when familiar ways of being no longer fit.

A symptom appears.

A cycle changes.

Perimenopause begins.

A significant life event alters the landscape of who we are.

A transformative experience opens questions that cannot be answered through insight alone.

At these thresholds, the body often invites us into a deeper relationship with ourselves.

What has been carried quietly may become more visible.

Patterns that once served us may begin asking for something different.

The body may be calling for greater attention, greater honesty, or a new way of relating to our experience.

Many women arrive at this work after years of searching for answers.

They may have explored therapy, coaching, personal growth work, medical approaches, spiritual practices, or countless books and courses. They often have significant insight into their history and patterns, yet still find themselves repeating familiar reactions, experiencing recurring symptoms, or feeling disconnected from the changes they long for.

The reason is not a lack of awareness.

Often, the body is still carrying the imprint of experiences that have not yet been fully integrated. Protective adaptations that once helped us navigate life can remain active long after they are needed, shaping how we respond to stress, relationships, change, and challenge.

This work offers a space to slow down, listen, and explore what your body may be revealing.

Common Doorways Into This Work

Menstrual Cycle Challenges

PMS, PMDD, menstrual pain, emotional intensity, cycle irregularity, and cyclical experiences that seem to repeat month after month.

The menstrual cycle often reveals patterns that are difficult to see at other times. Rather than viewing these experiences as random or inconvenient, we explore what they may be communicating and how they fit within the larger story of your life. The cycle becomes both a mirror and a map—illuminating what is asking for attention while offering a cyclical pathway for integration, healing, and growth.

Hormonal Transitions

Postpartum, perimenopause and menopause are not simply hormonal events.

They are significant developmental thresholds that often illuminate patterns, needs, emotions, and ways of living that may have been overlooked for years.

Rather than viewing these transitions as something to simply get through, we explore what they are revealing and what they are asking of you. These thresholds often illuminate unmet needs, outdated ways of living, and aspects of ourselves that are ready for reorganization. They can become opportunities to cultivate greater self-trust, authenticity, and alignment with the life that is emerging.

Persistent Symptoms

Digestive issues, tension, fatigue, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, sleep disruptions, chronic stress, or symptoms that seem to intensify during periods of challenge and change.

Sometimes these experiences appear disconnected from the events that shaped them. Symptoms often emerge where adaptation has become constriction.

By working with what the body has been carrying, symptoms can become doorways into the deeper patterns beneath them, opening possibilities for greater ease, flexibility, and freedom in daily life.

Transformative Experiences

Psychedelic experiences, spiritual openings, illness, loss, major life transitions, or other events that alter how you understand yourself and your life.

These experiences often continue unfolding long after the initial event has passed.

Integration creates space for what was revealed to deepen over time, shaping how you relate, choose, create, and participate in your life moving forward.

A Different Approach

Many approaches focus on managing symptoms or changing thoughts and behaviors.

While these can be valuable, my work begins with a different question:

What if the symptom, pattern, or challenge is not simply a problem to solve?

What if it is also carrying important information?

Symptoms, emotional intensity, recurring patterns, and periods of challenge are often meaningful expressions of the body's attempt to adapt, protect, communicate, and ultimately move toward greater coherence.

Rather than overriding these experiences, we become curious about them.

Together we explore these questions through the body, creating space for held patterns, unresolved experiences, and protective adaptations to be metabolized and integrated. As what has been carried begins to move and reorganize, energy that was once bound up in old ways of responding becomes available for creativity, choice, connection, and meaningful change.

What This Work Is Not

This work is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you (there isn’t anything wrong with you, and your body isn’t betraying you).

It is not about overriding symptoms or forcing change.

It is not about becoming a different person.

Instead, it is about developing a deeper relationship with yourself through the wisdom of the body.

It is about becoming more fully yourself.

It is about restoring relationship with parts of your experience that may have been pushed aside, protected against, or carried alone.

It is about creating the conditions for greater presence, choice, and participation in your life.

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions provide a personalized space to explore your unique experience, challenges, and goals.

Together we work with the patterns, symptoms, transitions, and experiences that are most present in your life right now, supporting the body's natural movement toward greater coherence, flexibility, and possibility.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to have an introductory conversation to explore whether this work may be a good fit.

Specialized Pathways Within This Work

While individual sessions provide the foundation for this work, there are also several specialized pathways that draw on different aspects of my training and experience.

Menstrual Somatics Method™

A body-led approach that uses the menstrual cycle as a map for awareness, healing, and transformation. Through the wisdom of the Inner Seasons, we learn to recognize patterns, work with cyclical challenges, and deepen our relationship with the body's intelligence.

Pelvic Presence

The pelvis holds profound stories of creativity, sexuality, boundaries, vitality, and lived experience. Pelvic Presence offers a gentle and embodied way of listening to what may be held within this important center of the body.

Closing of the Bones

A traditional ceremonial practice offered during times of transition, completion, grief, postpartum recovery, or significant life change. This ritual creates space for integration, honoring what has been, and consciously stepping into what comes next.
